Target Audience: Dental Technicians who have completed a Dentuvo beginners’ course or have prior basic knowledge of ExocadÂ
Course Format: In-person, fully hands-on training course with step-by-step participant design throughout the dayÂ
Duration: 1 Day (7 hours including breaks)Â

Educational Aims
Master the art of digital denture design with our hands-on Exocad training course. This program is tailored for dental technicians looking to enhance their digital workflow using Exocad’s powerful denture design module. Participants will learn step-by-step techniques for creating full (including Copy and Reference) dentures, from initial scan to final design, with a focus on precision and efficiency.
Once completed you will be able to start designing bronze and silver full Dentuvo cases in your lab, with on-going mentoring provided by Adam to support your journey.

- Create dentures from reference scansÂ
- Confidently navigate the Exocad interface for full denture workflowsÂ
- Set up and manage complex full denture casesÂ
- Import and troubleshoot scan data for full arch restorationsÂ
- Perform realistic tooth setups using symmetry, proportions, and occlusion principlesÂ
- Sculpt detailed gingiva with anatomical accuracyÂ

Academy Digital Trainer- Adam Norman
Adam is a qualified Dental Technician, with experience in Prosthetics, Crown & Bridge, with a specialist knowledge in Dentuvo cases.
Adam has been working with the academy as a trainer for Dentuvo Digital Dentures for 3 years providing support and courses for Exocad and 3Shape, as well as customer training on scanning and clinical workflows.
