Employee Engagement

Our Employees are our most important asset and we take the views and thoughts of every person who works for ALS are extremely important to us.

Therefore we introduced our Employment Engagement Survey ‘Your Say’.  The objective of the survey is to gather anonymous feedback to better understand how employees feel about working for ALS Dental.  With hundreds of employees all over the country we were delighted that our very first survey attracted a 84% response rate and we are extremely happy with the results.

We’re committed to listening to our employees by acting on the survey results and we carry out the survey every 6 months to track our progress.
