Innovate Dental Laboratory was founded by Dean Ward in 2014 in Oldham, Greater Manchester. This was renewed from a small NHS dental lab. It has grown from NHS to fully private with a team of 11 staff.

Innovate offers 100% private dental works in the areas of prosthetics, implants retained dentures and ‘teeth in a day’. They also have a van which they have kitted out as a mobile laboratory, to allow them to carry out the ‘teeth in a day’ cases.

The teams are slowly incorporating digitalisation into their daily workflow. All dentures are processed using Ivobase machines.

Dean believes in the same vision of utilising dental technology in dentistry. Being a part of ALS allows Dean and the laboratory to provide a collective power to slowly have digital equipment incorporated into every lab. This in results improves the workflow and quality in this industry.
