L3- Exocad Advanced- Full Arch Bar Design (10th July)

This advanced Exocad course is designed for experienced technicians looking to refine their full-arch digital design skills. The programme focuses on FP3 full-arch workflows, guiding delegates through occlusal setup, and advanced bar design techniques. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with split bar workflows, zirconia sleeve integration, and acrylic wrap bar design, using pre-operative references to ensure accurate aesthetics and function. By the end of the course, delegates will be able to confidently produce predictable, production-ready full-arch designs using advanced Exocad tools and workflows.

• Understand the workflow for designing FP3 full-arch restorations in full contour and occlusion.

• Learn how to use a temporary pre-operative setup as a reference for aesthetic and functional planning.

• Apply occlusal principles within Exocad for predictable full-arch outcomes.

• Progress from completed upper and lower full-contour wax-ups into the split bar workflow.

• Design implant bars for both arches using Exocad split bar functionality.
