Richard developed an interest in dentistry from his father who owned a dental laboratory.

He became a sole director of Lodge Dental Laboratory in 2018. Since then he not only oversees the operation and production of the business, he also continues to produce dental work for his clients.

He has had a long successful career and is highly experienced in the dental laboratory business. He is a strong proponent of education and develops his team in all aspects of the business, and continuously shares his extensive knowledge of the industry.

He enjoys working with his hands and being busy and productive, so he always has different DIY projects to work on in his spare time.
