Matthew started in the dental industry as a trainee dental nurse back in 2010 working for a single handed clinic based in Salford offering a range of dental services.
Post qualification, he had a successful career in the corporate world of dentistry and over the last 12 years has worked in several positions such as Area Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Director for multiple corporate dental companies up and down the country.
He has a keen interest in the development and upskilling of team members as the majority of his previous success has been based on the teams he has been responsible for.
His son Oscar keeps him busy most of the time away from work but on the odd occasion (most weekends), he plays as much golf of possible.
