Matt holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Business, Economics, and Marketing, and has extensive experience in multi-site and board-level roles across a variety of sectors. His diverse background has equipped him with a unique ability to enhance business and sales processes while driving growth initiatives.
A student of Kaizen principles, Matt is passionate about helping businesses achieve Continuous Improvement by working alongside teams to create smarter, more efficient operational process.
Outside of work, Matt is a lifelong Leeds United supporter and enjoys travelling, hiking and camping in his spare time.
