Joe Burke is the Director and Lab Leader at Burke Ortho. Starting in the 1980s within an Orthodontic Practice, he grew Joseph Burke Ortho from a team of 4 to the largest specialist Orthodontic Laboratory in Ireland.

His leadership has guided the lab’s evolution from conventional analogue methods to a digital platform, offering services such as 3D scanning, printing, and laser welding.

He believes that ‘Finding a group of people who challenge and inspire you spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life’.

With a focus on attracting young talent and embracing digital technologies, Joe envisions a future where Burke Ortho Lab continues to lead the way in orthodontic innovation and excellence.
