Administrative Assistant responsibilities include prioritising work arriving in the lab, communicating with clients and colleagues, problem solving and working in a busy environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to details, be extremely adaptable, able to work independently and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Responsibilities
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Provide Exceptional customer service
· Identify and prioritise incoming work into important needs of production
· Use dental software to receive and download scans
· Scan models and maintain filing of confidential scans
· Provide general support to visitors
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
· Accurate invoicing of work, ensuring check postage charges, work and practice details
