Dean Ward founded Innovate Dental Laboratory in 2014 and has led the business as a director since then. With his 25 years of experience in the dentistry, he is an Ivoclar Certified Trainer and Key Opinion Leader.

He is also a BPS Technical and Clinical Instructor as well as a Member of the Dental Technicians Guild. Dean is currently studying clinical dental technology at the University of Central Lancashire. He has a particular interest in Removable and Full Arch Implant Prosthetics.

He says ‘ What I enjoy the most in my job is to be able to change people’s lives daily.’
