Julie Hulme joins ALS as People Director

Julie has over 25 years experience delivering strategic and operational HR as well as leading change management projects. Her most recent experience with small and mid-tier businesses has been with commercial enterprises across manufacturing, housing, digital marketing, public and not for profit, underpinned with corporate experience in professional services, manufacturing, and retail.  She understands the various pressures and demands that line managers face and believes in a pragmatic, solutions orientated approach to complex HR issues, maintaining her sense of humour during challenging times.

Julie passionately believes that business success is all about people and has extensive experience of working in partnership with businesses to develop, coach and train everyone to create great places to work.

With a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management, Julie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development , Qualified Coach and has a strong commitment to lifelong learning for herself and others.

Julie is really excited to be joining ALS as it continues to grow and develop to challenge the dental sector and make a difference to peoples lives. She lives in Cheshire with her husband, son and 2 adorable black Labradors.
