Kye Horn’s ALS Journey from Student to Supervisor

I joined Ashford Orthodontics in July 2016 as a part-time employee while studying Sport at university, with no dental background. What started as a role that fitted around my studies quickly developed into a long-term career with a company that has continually supported my growth and development.

Over the years, I have progressed through several roles, moving from my initial position to becoming digital team leader and, more recently, Operations Supervisor. Each step has brought new challenges, greater responsibilities, and valuable opportunities to learn, helping me develop both professionally and personally.

Throughout my employment, ALS has provided me with many opportunities to grow and develop my skills. Most recently, I successfully completed a Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship, which has strengthened my leadership abilities, increased my confidence, and equipped me with valuable skills that I can apply in my role every day.

I am proud of how far I have come and thankful to be part of an organisation that values development and invests in its people. I am excited to see what the future holds and look forward to continuing my journey with Ashford Orthodontics and ALS for many years to com
