ALS appoints Parikshit Bhandiwad as M&A Director
Parikshit Bhandiwad has joined ALS as the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Director and will be responsible for driving acquisition activity across the Group. Parikshit has over 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A and fund raising. A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW.
Parikshit started his career at PwC. Since then he has advised on a number of corporate transactions, having worked with a mix of businesses from Plc’s to small privately owned businesses. Prior to joining ALS, Parikshit was working as an advisor to a number of owner managed businesses and leading their M&A processes from the sell-side.
Parikshit brings passion and transactional experience to this newly created M&A role. In Parikshit’s own words, “This is an exciting time to join ALS. The dental lab industry in the UK is undergoing a major shift towards digital technology and ALS is at the forefront of driving that change. I am looking forward to driving organic growth through a targeted acquisition strategy at ALS.”
Parikshit lives in Greater Manchester with his family. Outside of work, he is passionate about travelling and playing squash.
