Location: High Wycombe | Oakview Restorations Dental Laboratory

Salary: Competitive Salary dependent on experience

Working pattern: 25 hours per week; Applicants must live in the UK and within 45 mins travel distance to site

Oakview Restorations is a specialist digital dental laboratory experiencing increased workload, and we’re looking for a well‑organised, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day‑to‑day administrative support
  • Data entry, document management and general office duties
  • Supporting the team using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling calls, messages and internal communication where required

About you:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Some experience using CRM systems
  • Computer‑literate and quick to pick up new systems
  • A friendly, reliable team player with a positive attitude
