Employee Engagement

Our employees are our most important asset and our employees views and thoughts are extremely important to us.

We have now been running our engagement survey ‘Your Say’ since June 2022, to enable us to gather anonymous feedback from our employees to better understand how employees feel about working for ALS Dental. We ran our latest survey in September 2024, across our nationwide network of laboratories and were delighted to achieve a 82% response rate. Over the last 3 years we have seen significant improvements in key areas that are important to our employees. We’re particularly impressed that employees consistently commented that the main reason they stay working for us is due to the amazing people we have across our network of labs.

We’re committed to continuing listening to our employees and track our progress with regular surveys throughout the year.
