Vicki has worked in the Dental Laboratory industry since 1998, she is a qualified Dental Technician and former lab owner, with a strong background in Crown and Bridge.

She has worked in the Bupa Lab group since 2019, as a laboratory manager and subsequently promoted to Head of Bupa Dental Laboratories leading 10 labs in the Bupa network.
She has over 25 years’ experience in the Dental sector incorporating:

• Supporting Lab focused projects across a group.
• Building strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Working with Dentists to develop digital workflows to improve manufacturing and customer experience.
• Supporting development of all roles and responsibilities within dental labs.

Vicki brings great technical knowledge, industry insight, and broad leadership experience to the ALS Academy.
