Ross began his 5 year apprenticeship as a Dental Technician in 1984 specialising in Gold and Metalwork.

A strong friendship with his colleague Peter Smith grew and recognising they had the same work ethos and manufacturing talent.  In 1990 they founded Precedental.

During nearly 40 years in the industry Ross has seen many changes but has always kept abreast of the latest technology and up to date with the Digital Revolution.

Whilst Ross continues to work at-the-bench continuing to produce the highest quality products with an unrivalled level of workmanship he also steers the business in the areas of finance, marketing, manufacturing technology techniques and machinery.

Away from the lab Ross is a family man and loves nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and children. He also enjoys fishing, gardening and tinkering with classic cars and motor bikes.
