Laboratory Leader, Westwood
Home » Team Members »
Paul started his dental journey in 1977, working in the school holidays for a local technician in Filey.
Following a successful apprenticeship, he helped in the development of a new laboratory in Scarborough, training many fellow technicians in the area.
In 1997 he partnered with Richard Bone, who sadly died in 2007 of cancer, in buying Westwood Laboratory Limited, which was established in 1969. Having a passion to build and develop a new purpose-built laboratory in 2012 in Driffield, his dream was accomplished. Managing a full service laboratory, is challenging enough, but he still strives to improve and develop new techniques to aid the advancement of fellow technicians.
A dedicated family man, he enjoys helping his daughters develop their own businesses, plus looking after his Granddaughter. He loves playing golf and DIY projects.
