Matt worked for Bupa for 15 years in a number of different roles across Health Insurance & Healthcare Provision.

He has over 10 years’ experience in the Dental sector incorporating:

Supporting the acquisition and integration of Dental Practices.

Regional Manager responsible for a number of Bupa’s practices in London & the South East.

Working with Dentists to develop digital workflows to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Since 2018 he has been Bupa’s Head of Dental Laboratories, responsible for integration and growth of Bupa’s 10 Dental Laboratories. He has overseen the investment in additive manufacturing technology focussing on digital dentures as well as the introduction of elements of manufacturing automation in the orthodontic arena.
