Debroah Bogle

Debbie began her career at PWS in Bolton, where she trained as a ceramist and dedicated 30 years to the company. Rising through the ranks, she eventually became Head of the C & B Department and later, one of the directors.

In 2010, Debbie co-founded Design and Smile in Darwen with Sarah Monaghan. Sarah had left the business after few years and under Debbie’s leadership, the business has grown into a full-service laboratory, catering to clients across the UK and Guernsey.

For Debbie, the core philosophy of Design and Smile has always been about fostering a positive work environment and delivering top-quality work for customers and their patients.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loves walking her two Springer Spaniels in the countryside, and takes pleasure in exercising, painting, and gardening.
