Digital Sales Specialist – Intraoral Scanners

Location: UK (field-based / hybrid depending on business needs)

Salary: Competitive Salary + commission, dependant on experience

Working pattern: Full time

We are looking for a driven Digital Sales Specialist to lead the promotion and sale of Intraoral Scanners (IOS) across the UK dental market. This role is key to accelerating the adoption of digital workflows within dental practices, hospitals and DSOs.

You will leverage existing relationships within the ALS network, collaborate with external partners, and work closely with the ALS Academy to drive sales through education and clinical engagement. Alongside selling, you will support customers through implementation, training and ongoing account management.

Working with the UK Sales Manager, you will help shape and execute sales strategies, manage a healthy pipeline, and report on performance against clear growth targets.

Responsibilities

Sales, Growth & Financial Performance

  • Deliver sales and EBITDA targets for IOS products
  • Develop and execute growth plans in partnership with the UK Sales Manager
  • Prospect and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Track and report sales performance and financial results
  • Drive sales through digital education in collaboration with the ALS Academy

Customer & Brand Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, training and implementation support
  • Champion the ALS brand across all touchpoints, including website and social media
  • Act as a trusted digital advisor to customers adopting IOS technology

People, Culture & Development

  • Demonstrate strong self-discipline and prioritisation to maximise growth impact
  • Engage with the ALS Academy for continuous learning and development
  • Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, motivated and innovative working culture

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Educated to A-level or above
  • Dental industry experience preferred
  • Proven success in sales and client/account management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, also some marketing experience would be preferred
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Organised, commercially focused and comfortable working to targets
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
