Paul began his career in dental technology as an apprentice in 1990 and qualified in 1995. Over the years, he gained experience working in a range of laboratories of varying sizes, specialising in crown, bridge, and implant work.
In 2007, he co-founded Axiom Dental Lab with Paul Ganderton, growing the business organically through a commitment to quality and innovation.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys cycling, dining out, and spending time with his family.
