Nick is Operations Director North. Nick joined the Leca Dental Laboratory, his family business, in 2014 to support his father and brother with transforming the business to implement the necessary robust processes to provide a platform for growth.

Prior to joining the laboratory business Nick achieved his degree in Manufacturing Systems and then spent over 20 years in various manufacturing and operations roles progressing to VP of Global sales. He lived in Mexico and Canada for over 11 years and gained international exposure dealing with the largest OEMS in the world. His passion has always been on technology and ensuring that operations deliver the best in class for internal and external customers.
